Founder & Principal Advisor

I was born and raised in both San Antonio and Spring, Texas. I went on to college receiving football and leadership scholarships at Abilene Christian before transferring to finish my football career at Hardin Simmons University, also in Abilene, Texas.

I started my career as a financial planner in 2015 with a Fortune 100 company and was blessed to “help a lot of good people do a lot of good things.” In 2022, I transitioned out of corporate America and merged my team and clients into the independent space of the industry with an existing company and thrived even more, before launching Lion Chaser Financial in 2026.

My professional posture is that I am uniquely equipped and saved to give clients the best effort possible, with a full and enthusiastic heart. This tone strives to produce what I call the “passionately present” outcome, where individuals do not worry about their futures but joyfully chase their life’s pursuits instead with a peaceful patience, ready to mobilize when opportunity knocks, and an overall positive faith in the future. To sum it up, Lion Chaser Financial is designed to exist in the marketplace as a “ministry disguised as a business.”

I am the great-grandson and grandson of pastors. My father has retired from a career as a high school football coach into serving as a pastor in a local church in Llano, TX. In August of 2025, I was called to serve as the bi-vocational men’s pastor at Restoration Church Woodforest.

My wife Aubree and I were married in 2013 and have 3 children. We love living an adventurous, community-focused, active lifestyle, primarily being outside, through church and sports activities, and being “on mission” with others’ efforts. This means you can usually find us at client events, on the water down in the South Texas Gulf Coast, Texas Hill Country rivers or lakes, golfing, hunting, fishing, and exercising. I went to the CrossFit Games twice and do a natural bodybuilding show each year.
